Shipping Information

Freshness is key with every Sincerely Fresh gift we pack. To ensure each gift is only in transit for two days, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders received by 11AM PST will ship out the same-day in most cases.

Your fruit gift will be carefully hand packed and shipped in a 100% recyclable box where the apples and pears are protected during transport. Cherries are packed in a special box (with ice!) that keeps the fruit cold in order to maximize fruit freshness.

Shipping Addresses

We can ship to any valid address in all 50 U.S. states.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes as FedEx cannot deliver to these. We are also unable to ship to Canada or U.S. territories at this time.

Be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address. We do our best to verify addresses with FedEx but cannot issue refunds that were delayed because of an incorrect address.

Shipping Rates

We make shipping easy.

  1. All shipping costs are included as part of the product price. For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, there will be an additional shipping surcharge of $24 per gift box, which will be added in during the checkout process. If you need to expedite shipping, please call us at 800-315-2306.
  2. In order to maintain fruit quality during shipping, we ship all items two-day standard. This means your order will never be in transit longer than two days.
  3. The majority of all orders ship within 72 hours. If you place an order on Wednesday after 11AM PST, it will ship the following Monday.  In some instances, your order may be delayed for up to one week due to adverse harvest conditions or fruit that doesn’t meet our stringent quality control. We make sure only the freshest and most premium fruit makes it to your doorstep!
